The Curiosity Table
Daily, 1:30 - 4:30 pm

Get up close to curious and amazing specimens from the educational collection of Carnegie Museum of Natural History. Stop by to hold, question and closely examine shark jaws, fossils, sea stars, turtle shells and more!

Clowning Workshop
September 4 and 5
2:30 - 3:15 pm

Learn the hilarious and timeless techniques of clowning in a unique children's workshop with European-trained actor, singer and professional clown Gale McNeeley. You'll explore European red-nosed clowning and take home your own red nose!

Included with Museum Admission.

Gale McNeeley has 40 years of professional experience in physical theatre traditions including mime, clowning and Commedia Dell'Arte. He has studied, taught, directed and lectured around the United States and Europe.

Solar Concert Series
Wednesdays in July and August

More than the lawns are getting greener this summer - don't miss Pittsburgh’s this second annual green concert series in front of the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh every Wednesday at 12:30 pm this summer.

The free series features live acoustic performances by local musicians using a solar-powered sound system.
