Visitors can create, learn and play using real tools and real processes at the following weekly classes.
 

Tot Time
Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 11:00 am – noon

Children ages 18 months through 3 years and their caregivers learn through hands-on activities, songs and stories based on Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligence Theory.

$5 for members, $6.25 for non-members. Admission to the Museum not included.  Multiple class discounts available.


Prototype Day
Tuesdays, 11:00 am - Noon & 1:00 - 2:00 pm

Have some fun with us as we test or build something related to a new exhibit idea. Stop by and see what we are cooking up for you every Tuesday.


Zip-Line!

Design a zip-line trolley to travel 50 feet above everyone's head in our Garage/Workshop. Your trolley design must meet our specifications of weight and size to be successful.

Woodworking Class

Make a wooden project of your own design. Safely use real tools to cut, drill, shape, and connect wood.
An adult must accompany children through entire woodworking class.
Children must be 4 years old and up.
