Play a "peek-a-boo" game where your child can open and close the windows and try to remember which picture is behind which window.

Materials

  • Two pieces of paper
  • Crayons or markers
  • Tape
  • Scissors

Instructions

  1. On one sheet of paper, invite your child to draw squares to make several "windows".
  2. Help your child cut around three sides of each window. The windows can open like doors or open up or down. Fold the paper back.
  3. With your help, ask your child to tape this page onto a second sheet of paper. Now your child can draw or paste a picture on the paper under each window.
  4. When finished, play a "peek-a-boo" game by opening and closing the windows and trying to remember which picture is behind which window.

We'd love to hear how your project turned out and see pictures of your creations!
